What is Craniosacral therapy?

Using soft touch, restrictions held in the soft tissue surrounding the Central Nervous System are released. This release of deep tension through the channel of the central nervous system and surrounding tissue provides the body with resilience and restoration from many types of pain and dysfunction.

CranioSacral Therapy is complementary to Rolfing®, yoga and other Somatic Embodiment practices. Gwen offers standard CST treatments, as well as personalized sessions integrating CST with other embodiment approaches: Combined Sessions
